TOGETHER FOR LEBANON'S

SOVEREIGNTY

We live in a country where we are deprived of our necessities and our rights.

The government took everything from us to the point that even our basic needs, such as electricity, jobs and medicine, are perceived as luxuries.
Politicians need to understand that providing 24/7 electricity is essential, and not an accomplishment to boast of. They need to realize that medicine is a treatment for those who need it, and one should not
barter for their health. They need to know that Lebanese are some of the brightest minds in the world, so good jobs should be based on merit, not political connections. We want to live in a prosperous Lebanon, not a
corrupt one.

Not only has the government deprived us of our basic needs, it has isolated us from the rest of the world. Lebanon is the best country in the world, it should not be isolated. Lebanon is built on openness, and for long have the Lebanese and Lebanon stood for diversity andbeauty. Lebanon is a link between the East and the West, and the more you isolate it, the more you take away its true identity. The Cedar tree is now placed within four walls, doomed to wither and fade away if these walls are not broken down.

WHAT THE PEOPLE NEED

We deserve to live in a state that guarantees the rule of law and an independent judiciary, a parliament that fights for the people and not for the political class, leaders that are held accountable. We deserve a country that guarantees civic rights to all its citizens.

Lebanon will never know peace until all arms have been restricted to the army. The people want the rule of the state, not the rule of arms. Political parties retain their militia mentality to this day, with constant threats to the peace and security of all Lebanese.

THE SOLUTION: SAWA

This campaign positions Sawa as the keepers and providers of Lebanese rights with a consistency and constancy that is far from the occasional or ephemeral, because Sawa is offering a healthy, non-corrupted, equal future for all Lebanese, where the Lebanese identity is the only Sovereignty.

SAWA FOCUSES ON

6 MAJOR PILLARS

Providing a complete health plan to all the citizens

through health laws that ensure not one person dies at the doors of a hospital, opening medical clinics in rural areas, launching a network of online consultations, in addition to supporting the local pharmaceutical industry as a means to prevent monopolization and drive prices down.

Developing a comprehensive strategy for the electricity sector

that takes into account the current micro grids, in addition to relying on renewable energy projects in order to achieve 24 hours of supply as soon as possible, which will positively impact Lebanese citizens’ lives, and encourage domestic and foreign investments.

Forming joint platforms that include all job sectors

in cooperation with universities and the private sector to stimulate research, project development, and entrepreneurship, as well as enable the National Employment Office in order to abolish the principles of favoritism and nepotism in hiring’s, and prioritize meritocracy and experience as the primary criteria.

Achieving total and just prosperity

and the complete elimination of all forms of corruption by guaranteeing the judiciary’s independence, the Right to Information, adherence to all constitutional rights, and the strict implementation of laws.

Declaring Lebanon’s neutrality from regional conflicts

and enabling active diplomacy that will restore Lebanon’s pioneering role as one of the founding members of the Arab League and the United Nations, and ending the country’s isolation.

Restoring complete Sovereignty of the Lebanese State

over all its fundamentals and ensuring its free decisions through demarcating its land and maritime borders and by empowering the Lebanese Army, the only legitimate force authorized in defending Lebanon.
